Our Commitment and Zero-Tolerance Policy

This commitment applies to all employees, agency workers, contractors, directors, and any third parties who perform services on our behalf. Any breach of this policy by an employee may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Any breach by a supplier or contractor may lead to suspension or termination of the business relationship.
Our Business and Supply Chains

Our supply chains include, but are not limited to, property maintenance and construction services, security and cleaning services, storage equipment and materials, utilities, and professional services. We recognise that certain areas within these sectors can present a higher risk of modern slavery, particularly where subcontracting and low-skilled labour are involved.
We aim to work with reputable suppliers who share our ethical standards and demonstrate a clear commitment to preventing modern slavery within their own operations and supply chains.
Supplier Standards and Audit Processes
We expect all our suppliers and contractors to comply with our zero-tolerance stance on modern slavery and to operate in line with all relevant legislation. Where appropriate, we seek confirmations from suppliers that they have policies and procedures in place to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking.
